Canyon Cool Off

Last summer, we went on fun park outings and picnics with friends almost every single week. This year, since we've been gone so much, those outings have been few and far between. But the summer wouldn't be complete without squeezing in a visit to one of our favorite downtown parks, so we made it happen. And it was about the only day I actually brought my camera with me.

Nash thoroughly enjoyed himself, especially in the company of his twin friends.

We love this park because of the little water canyons that run throughout. They are shallow, so the kids love to walk through them.

The rock waterfalls are always a hit too.

Every time Nash made it to the top, he let out this evil/victorious king of the mountain laugh. Oh man it was so funny.

We're so glad we didn't skip over this one.
