It's that time of year again. School's out and to prevent the boys from saying they're bored starting at 8:30 in the morning, we made our annual summer bucket list.
We are a wee less ambitious this summer than last year. With a newborn in tow, there will be no trips to the Vatican, no weddings to attend across the country, and we even reduced the number of parks to visit from 30 down to 20. Which is still a lot.
We do hope to make it out to Lake Michigan towards the end of the summer. Because summer just wouldn't feel like summer without sandcastles, high humidity, evening walks to the lighthouse, and seeing all my loved ones back home.
In the meantime, we are going to enjoy some summer staples. Picnics. Boating. Swimming lessons. Weekly movie theater passes. Ice cream. Baseball. Splash Pads.
And we have some very loose plans to get Blake to stop sucking his thumb and Nash to potty train.
Let the fun begin.
I didn't come up with a new design this year but you can still click here to download last year's version.
